Participation In The Japanese Contest Of Young Fashion Designers
MSUDT has been cooperating with the Japanese Academy of Fashion "Sugino", located in Tokyo for more than 10 years. Every year, students of MSUDT participate in the all-Japan contest of Young designers, conducted by the Academy. And also every year Japanese students participate in the contest "Formula of Style", conducted by our university. To take part, applications and sketches must be submitted to the Dean's Office of the Institute of Arts no later than June 1. After that, the commission will consider all the works and choose two to participate in the final of the competition. It is these two students who will take their models to Tokyo in early October and present them to the Japanese Jury along with students from Japan, China, and Korea.
